Sometimes it just takes a guide to show you the way. As your guide, together we will generate clear goals and innovative ideas for your short and long-term business goals. If you have ever left a meeting without good ideas and an actual plan to get something done, then this session is for you. We are big fans of DIY projects but, sometimes it saves time, money, and other valuable resources to hire a skilled facilitator. Plunging your toilet doesn’t make you a plumber, and certainly just having a map doesn't mean you will have a successful adventure. No worries, we take you there......no need to buy the hat or t-shirt! You will know where you have been!

Our Strategic Session usually is a one-day meeting (sometimes longer) with a simple objective. Next, we help your team set growth goals for any timeline (quarter, year, etc.). Then, we create a Plan of Action to help you accomplish, or rather exceed your goals.
This is your opportunity to get together as a team and think responsibly. You actually step back from the day-to-day demands and focus completely on your goals.
The process usually plays out like this…
We have a short prep call before we assemble the team to facilitate the following:
~ Assess your needs.
~ A list of your goals and prioritize your choices.
◊ Goal list – List what the client wishes would happen
◊ Obstacle list- List what is getting in the way, concerns or what is stopping you from achieving your goals.
~ Set a date/length for the actual meeting.
Each StrategXpedition session will need at least 2 weeks to prepare (unless there is an exception).
After the initial Prep-call, we will take the prioritized list of goals and the list of obstacles and develop a refined list of strategic objectives (approximately 12-15). These objectives will be emailed to you (Preferably within 24 hours) to prioritize your choices to the top three. We will also confirm a date and time for the meeting as well as the ideal resource group based on your objectives.
During the two week prep we will:
» Determine Facts/Research. Once we have the prioritized list of strategic objectives for your team we will then determine the specific facts/metrics needed before the meeting.
» Critical Path Checkpoint. We like to check-in with you before we proceed, as oftentimes, “life” might get in the way. In order to get the most from our session we want to have your prioritized list of the top three strategic objectives for each business unit before the meeting. We will also generate a list of relevant facts and emotions concerning the objectives, in advance of the meeting.
» Diagnostic/Research Request. We may need to develop a list of specific diagnostic data as it relates to your objectives. This will will save valuable time and energy in the meeting. You can perform a check up or snap shot of your current reality as it pertains to the goals and objectives preferably one week before the actual meeting. The information will be sent to each member of the resource group at least 24 hours before the meeting.
» StrategXpedition Meeting.- (See info-chart to right for process details.)
» Follow-up Call. Post call with the group to follow up on the Action plan(s) sanitizing and purifying the plan, items, dates, etc.
» Complete Action Plans: The final plans should be delivered to the appropriate people preferably within 2 weeks of the Strategic date or sooner.
» Coaching follow up. We will guide you through your pathway to success including any appropriate items relevant to assisting the team with execution and accountability of the Plan(s).
